На этот раз проблема была в sc15, вот письмо от Mailshell:

On Tuesday, January 21 at approximately 0400 GMT, an update to the sc15 rule file caused a few installations of the Mailshell SDK to crash. The sc15 file was quickly fixed and a new version was issued.

Any installations showing this problem can manually delete the sc15 file and the corrected version will be automatically downloaded in its place.

Any installations that have not seen this problem do not need to take any action at all.

Mailshell regrets the error and apologizes for the inconvenience.
