Перевод на русский: "picture" = шаблон. Как именно работают шаблоны (обработка "*") рассказано выше.

Что значит "пришло с адреса"? Ваше правило проверяет, что есть поле заголовка Sender: (которое совершенно не обязательно), и что его содержимое - один из двух шаблонов.
