Рулесы и discard

FreeBSD 4.2-STABLE
CGPro 4.0.6

 Есть такое правило:

 Наблюдаю картину в логе:

    Возникает вопрос: Оно delivered или discarded?

 Во втором моменте вылезают 2 DEQUEUER'a о доставке:
