Yes, this is how the Routing works: every object name like listname-anything where listname is a name of some mailing list in that domain is routed to that mailing list.

Starting with 3.4b5, you should not be able to create account mosx-ml-archiver
if you already have the
mosx-ml
mailing list.

It's still can cause problems when you first creat an account, and then a mailing list with a conflicting name - we still do not check for such a name conflict.
